This paper presents a hybrid approach for solving null values problem; it hybridizes rough set theory with intelligent swarm algorithm. The proposed approach is a supervised learning model. A large set of complete data called learning data is used to find the decision rule sets that then have been used in solving the incomplete data problem. The intelligent swarm algorithm is used for feature selection which represents bees algorithm as heuristic search algorithm combined with rough set theory as evaluation function. This paper presents the theoretical and experimental results of drilling high density
polyethylene sheet with thickness of 1 mm using millisecond Nd:YAG pulsed laser. Effects of laser
parameters including laser energy, pulse duration and peak power were investigated. To describe and
understand the mechanism of the drilling process Comsol multiphysics package version 4.3b was used to
simulate the process. Both of the computational and experimental results indicated that the drilling
process has been carried out successfully and there are two phases introduced in the drilling process,
vaporization and melting. Each portion of these phases depend on the laser parameters used in the
drilling process

Simulation experiments are used to study the small sample behavior depending on different functions, sample sizes, and variances. Objective: This study goal was to screen participants from different settings in Baghdad for depression using Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) scale and identify factors influencing the levels of depression. Methods: This cross-sectional study included a convenience sample of 313 people from four settings (teaching hospital, college of medicine, college of pharmacy, and high school) in Baghdad, Iraq. The participants were screened using paper survey relying on the BDI scale during spring 2018.
