Explaining the actions of God Almighty in Ash'ari thought

Are the actions and rulings of God Almighty justified by intentions and purposes or not? This is a matter of the minutes of the science of theology in which there was a wide difference between the Islamic groups, especially the verbal ones.

This study is an attempt to reach the correct opinion or to avoid it, and to clarify the disagreement that took place in this issue, especially in the Ash'ari school of thought, and it is also an attempt to reconcile opinions as much as possible, and to explain what may appear to be disagreements among some.

Therefore, I divided this research into two topics, and issued it with an introduction in which I defined the terms that are related to the explanation.

Factors affecting the dissipation of pharmaceuticals in freshwater sediments
Abstract
<label></label><p>Degradation is one of the key processes governing the impact of pharmaceuticals in the aquatic environment. Most studies on the degradation of pharmaceuticals have focused on soil and sludge, with fewer exploring persistence in aquatic sediments. We investigated the dissipation of 6 pharmaceuticals from different therapeutic classes in a range of sediment types. Dissipation of each pharmaceutical was found to follow first‐order exponential decay. Half‐lives in the sediments ranged from 9.5 (atenolol) to 78.8 (amitriptyline) d. Under sterile conditions, the persistence of pharmaceuticals was considerably longer. Stepwise multiple linear regression analysis was performed to </p>
... Show More

The judge's discretion in resolving disputes of judicial separation

Marriage is in fact a year of God's years in his creation, and it is the only method that God has made the right way to breed and reproduce and to continue life among people, and God did not make the almighty man like other creatures, he did not let his instincts go off without order and a correct way for her, he did not leave to chaos in Instinct is a place but guided and directed creation to the right way and way of life between people and reproduction in order to preserve the dignity of the human being and his exposure from chaos. However, marriage may experience some problems, difficulties, disagreement or discord between the spouses and even to the extent that it prevents the continuation of the common life between them, and one of

The Anti-Inflammatory Effect of Vitamin K in Aging

Vitamin K is a fundamental enzymatic co-factor implicated in the carboxylation of several vitamin K dependent proteins involved in the pathogenesis of certain age – related diseases. Inflammation is realized as an important factor in such diseases. Vitamin K is recognized to play an anti-inflammatory behavior that is distinct of its action as an enzymatic co- factor by suppressing many signaling pathways mainly the nuclear factor κB (NF-κB) signal transduction pathway. As well as to play a role as an antioxidant versus the generation of reactive oxidative species (ROS). The purpose of this review is to focus on the protective function of vitamin K as an anti-inflammatory agent

The Effect of Power on Inductively Coupled Plasma Parameters

In this work, we studied the effect of power variation on inductively coupled plasma parameters using numerical simulation. Different values were used for input power (750 W-1500 W), gas temperature 300K, gas pressure (0.02torr),         5 tourns of the copper coil and the plasma was produced at radio frequency (RF) 13.56 MHZ on the coil above the quartz chamber. For the previous purpose, a computer simulation in two dimensions axisymmetric, based on finite element method, was implemented for argon plasma. Based on the results we were able to obtain plasma with a higher density, which was represented by obtaining the plasma parameters (electron density, electric potential, total power, number density of argon ions, el

The sense of coherence among individuals with physical disabilities

The aim of the current research is to measure the sense of coherence among individuals with physical disabilities. The researcher adopted a scale of (29) paragraphs spread over three domains designed by Antonovski (1993) to measure the sense of coherence. A sample of (210) disabled individuals was chosen randomly to collect the required data. The data were analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS). The result showed a lack of sense of coherence among the sample.

Comparison Between The Performance of Parametric Active Contour Models

Snakes, or active contours, are used extensively in computer vision and image processing applications, particularly to locate object boundaries.  In this research, for the segmentation of anatomical structures in medical images three approaches were implemented and compared like (original snake model, distance potential force model and Gradient Vector Flow (GVF) snake model). We used Computed Tomography image (CT) for our experiments.  Our experiments show that original snake model has two problems; first is the limited capture range and the second is the poor convergence. Distance potential force model solved only the first problem of original snake and failed with second problem. Gradient Vector Flow (GVF snake) provides a go

The structural properties of Y1-XLaXBa4Cu7O15+ δ superconductor compound

The eff ect of partial substitution for lanthanum (La) on the structural properties of the compound Y1-xLaxBa4Cu7O15+δ were studied. The variation of (x) are x=0.1, 0.2 and 0.3, which was synthesized by solid state reaction method. The mixed powder was pressed with pressure (7 ton / cm2) as a disc (1.5 cm) diameter and a thickness of (0.25 to 0.3 cm). The samples were sintering by 120 °C / hour with a changing rate from room temperature to 850 ° C through 72 hours. XRD analysis using to calculate crystal size, strain and degree of crystallinity. It was found all samples have orthorhombic structure and change of structure with increasing lanthanum concentration. It was shown that the change lanthanum concentrations of all our samp

Google and Legal Translation: The Case Study of Contracts

In recent years, the need for Machine Translation (MT) has grown, especially for translating legal contracts between languages like Arabic and English. This study primarily investigates whether Google Translator can adequately replace human translation for legal documents. Utilizing a widely popular free web-based tool, Google Translate, the research method involved translating six segments from various legal contracts into Arabic and assessing the translations for lexical and syntactic accuracy. The findings show that although Google Translate can quickly produce English-Arabic translations, it falls short compared to professional translators, especially with complex legal terms and syntax. Errors can be categorized into: polysemy,
