Biofilm formation is one of the biggest challenges of scientists. Role of heavy metals in forming biofilm is not clear enough. Here, the effect of lead on biofilm formation by Bacillus spp. isolated from soil in terms of biofilm formation and remove was studied. In present study, 10 isolates of Bacillus spp were isolated from soil. The ability of all isolates to form biofilm was evaluated. An electrical survey was carried out by using 2D imaging technique at (15)
station. The study area is located southern Al-Shihaby area, south-east of Wasit
governorate, Eastern Iraq. The numbers of the employed electrodes were (120) and
the (a) spacing equal to (10m), and the total length of survey line is (1200m). The
inverse models of 2D imaging showed one Quaternary aquifer located in the
Quaternary deposits which comprises in alluvial fan and wind deposits of
(Pleistocene – Holocene) ages. Layers of aquifer consist of gravel and sand with
little silt. Low resistivity values reflected the presence of clay layers, and increasing

The study intends to explore the obstacles that encounter a program of rehabilitating released prisoners as perceived by prisoners themselves in tubas' province. To this end, the researcher used a questionnaire as an instrument which was applied on (150) prisoner had chosen randomly to collect the study data. The findings revealed no significant differences among obstacles the encounter program regarding to the following variables: age, detention period, and number of detention, additionally, the findings found that there is a variance of obstacles mean according to the prisoners themselves, rehabilitation program, and the facility of that program.
