The field of translation studies is full of different types of social, economic, political, and literary translations as well as other types related to the life of the human being which are several, but the translation of the grammatical aspects is considered one of the important tasks that both of the translator and interpreter have to take in consideration, so as to get an translation so perfect and so correct as much as possible. The research deals with Iraq's position of the Lebanese civil war and the Efforts made by Iraq in order to stop the bleeding of this war, the research also deals with the nature of regime in Lebanon and the developments that preceded the war and the positions of the internal and external competing forces, as weu as handling the Iraqi Syrian disagreement and it's impaet on the situation of Lebanon and the war developments.
The research focused on the Iraq's position towards the externd proposed solutions to solve the Lebanese civil war.

The current study aims to examine the level of problems faced by university students in distance learning, in addition to identify the differences in these problems in terms of the availability of internet services, gender, college, GPA, interactions, academic cohort, and family economic status. The study sample consisted of (3172) students (57.3% females). The researchers developed a questionnaire with (32) items to measure distance learning problems in four areas: Psychological (9 items), academic (10 items), technological (7 items), and study environment (6 items). Comprehensive automobile insurance is considered as an important branches in the portfolio of National Insurance Company in Iraq .Due to the continous accidents the company is endeavouring to   this market.

    The company faces several obstacles and limitations in marketing the policies of this portfolio due to certain factors and influences beyond the control of the company and others internal mainly connected with the reduction of the marketing programmes of the company .

    The target of this study is  to focus the light  upon the interal factors which can be gorerned by the company,confronted and solved.
