Our society model has been showing signs of exhaustion since the end of the XX century. The recent appearance of the Covid-19 virus is another consequence of humanity's distance from Nature and the environment it inhabits. Also, climate change, environmental deterioration, loss of biodiversity, overexploitation of natural resources, and social inequality are some of the consequences derived from this separation between society and Nature. We must change our operating habits. Inevitably from a society based on the market, hyper consumption, fossil energy and individual enrichment at all costs, we will have to change to another

The Spatial Poetics and the "Murder of the Real"in Paul Auster's City of Glass*

Paul Auster's City of Glass is here singled out as representative of the writer's The New
York Trilogy. All throughout his novelistic career, Auster has been working on a pseudothesis
that adheres to a certain aesthetic of disappearance. The study engages this Austerian
aesthetic apropos of certain theoretical stretches such as the Emersonian "Not Me", the
Thoreauvian "interval" or "nowhere", the Deleuzian "nomadic trajectory", the Derridian
"grammè" or "specter", and the Baudrillardian "disappearance". The city of the novel's titling

space (mise en scène) where the perfect crime of the murder of the real is to be thoro

Objective: To find out if there is a correlation between in vitro transformation and mitochondrial activity, by measuring the activity during clonal evolution of the locally established rat embryo fibroblast (REF) cell line throughout studying different passages.
Materials & Methods: The (REF) cell line, was in vitro cultured. Mitochondria were isolated by differential centrifugation following Mitochondria Isolation Kit. Enzymatic activity of intact mitochondria has been m
