قبل ثلاثين سنة كانت المصارف الاسلامية مجرد أمنية، الا ان اعمالا بحثية جادة أجريت خلال العقود الثلاثة السابقة أظهرت أن المصارف الاسلامية قابلة للتنفيذ وتمثل طريقا ذا جدوى في الوساطة المالية، وضرورة من ضرورات العصر الحديث لا تستطيع أن تستغني عن خدماتها أمة من الامم أو قطاع من القطاعات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية.

لذلك تم انشاء عدد من المصارف الاسلامية خلال هذه المدة في ظل وسط اقتصادي

اصبح لمجالس الادارة في الشركات دوراً حاسماً في تعزيز الحوكمة الفاعلة، كونها تتحمل المسؤولية النهائية عن نظم الرقابة الداخلية في شركاتها، ويلعب التدقيق الداخلي دوراً اساسياً في مساعدة تلك المجالس على القيام بمهمات الحوكمة. ولهذا يبذل مجمع المدققين الداخليين الامريكي جهداً كبيراً في توجيه اعضاءه ليكونوا متخصصين في اصول حوكمة الشركات وتحسين وتقوية اخلاقيات العمل وسلامة المنظمة.

Radar is the most eminent device in the prolonged scattering era The mechanisms involve using electromagnetic waves to take Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images for long reaching. The process of setting edges is one of the important processes used in many fields, including radar images, which assists in showing objects such as mobile vehicles, ships, aircraft, and meteorological and terrain forms. In order to accurately identify these objects, their edges must be detected. Many old-style methods are used to isolate the edges but they do not give good results in the  determination process. This study is attempts to build a phylogenetic between nine Iraqi barley
genotypes based on ISSR-PCR analysis by determine the level of genetic similarity
among them. Nine issr primers used in this study produced 41 bands across nine
studied varieties. Of these bands, 28 bands were polymorphic and the remaining
monomorphic bands were 13. The average polymorphic rate was 70.5% ranged
between 25%-100% , and average of polymorphic bands /primer was 4.5.The size
of the amplified bands ranged 140-1600 bp. It was generated a 5 unique bands in
this study, these bands can be used as a DNA profiling of all studied genotypes. The
results were showed Genetic distances ranged between (0.0854-0.9897) among
barley varieties.

It sheds light on the cultural dimension in the decentralized administration experience in Iraq as evaluation tool by adding a new dimension in studying decentralization in addition to the administrative, political and legal dimensions .The proposal of study is that without the civil political culture ,the administrative decentralization in Iraq which remains weak and it may be imposed to a set of problems. - The study includes an introduction, conclusion and a set of political and cultural issues , its components and it may have the political analysis of this culture and its role in determining the movement of the administrative decentralized movement in Iraq post 2003.

This paper presents a fully computerized method to backup the router configuration file. The method consists of a friendly graphical interface programmed by Java programming language.

    The proposed method is compared with the two existing methods, namely: TFTP server method and Copy/Paste method. The comparison reveals that the proposed method has many advantages over the existing ones. The proposed method has been implemented on Cisco routers (series 2500, 2600 and 2800).
