Abstract: This study aims to investigate the backscattering electron coefficient for SixGe1-x/Si heterostructure sample as a function of primary electron beam energy (0.25-20 keV) and Ge concentration in the alloy. The results obtained have several characteristics that are as follows: the first one is that the intensity of the backscattered signal above the alloy is mainly related to the average atomic number of the SixGe1-x alloy. The second feature is that the backscattering electron coefficient line scan shows a constant value above each layer at low primary electron energies below 5 keV. However, at 5 keV and above, a peak and a dip appeared on the line scan above Si-Ge alloy and Si, respectively, close to the interfacing line

The concept of strong soft  pre-open set was initiated by Biswas and Parsanann.We utilize this notion to study several characterizations and properties of this set. We investigate the relationships between this set and other types of soft open sets. Moreover, the properties of the strong soft  pre-interior and closure are discussed. Furthermore, we define a new concept by using strong soft  pre-closed that we denote as locally strong soft  pre-closed, in which several results are obtained. We establish a new type of soft pre-open set, namely soft  pre-open. Also, we continue to study pre-  soft open set and discuss the relationships among all these sets. The optical absorption data of Hydrogenated Amorphous Silicon was analyzed using a Dunstan model of optical absorption in amorphous semiconductors. This model introduces disorder into the band-band absorption through a linear exponential distribution of local energy gaps, and it accounts for both the Urbach and Tauc regions of the optical absorption edge.Compared to other models of similar bases, such as the O’Leary and Guerra models, it is simpler to understand mathematically and has a physical meaning.
