Nursery is one of educational institution in the process of developing the
social concepts that it includes a quirking the knowledge and experiences that
help the kid to adjust with environment through arrangement words ,
movements and concrete things which are transferred to the kids so as to
realize these concepts .
Social concepts are numbers of words and statements with social nature
which the kids learn through the family or nursery in order to effect their
educational style of independent and helping the others .
The re searcher adopted this theory because of the little studies in the
filed of social concepts in the nursery.

Forty five wound specimens were collected from patients suffering from wound infections and taken from various hospitals in Ibb city, Yemen. The study was to determine synergic antibacterial activity of between mountain honey and Argemone mexicana plant. Isolation, identification of bacterial isolates and antibiotic sensitivity test were done. Agar-disc and agar-well diffusion method were carried to determine antibacterial activity of honey, Argemone mexicana plant and a mixture of them against bacterial isolates. Out of 45 specimens, 29 (64.4%) gave positive cultures. Staphylococcus aureus was the predominant bacterial pathogens with percentage (72.4%) followed by Pseudomonas aeruginosa (17.2%) and Staphylococcus epidermidis (10.4%).

This study was aimed to determine the mutations and single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in exon 3 and 7 of estrogen receptor beta (ESR2) gene in women with breast cancer from Iraq. Different samples (blood, fresh tissue with blood from same patient, and formalin fixed paraffin embedded, FFPE) were collected from women with breast cancer. Molecular analysis exon 3 and 7 in ESR2 has been studied by using PCR. It was found exon 3 and 7 in ESR2 were revealed as a single band with size 151 and 157 bp, respectively. From different hospitals in Baghdad city, 25 clinical isolates of Proteus spp. were collected from different clinical samples, all isolates were identified as Proteus mirabilis by using bacteriological and biochemical assays in addition to Vitek-2 identification system. 15 (60%) isolates were identifying as Proteus mirabilis.
