In this paper solar radiation was studied over a region of Baghdad (Latitude 33.3o and longitude 44.4o). The two parts of global solar radiation: diffuse and direct solar radiation were estimated depending on the clearance index of measured data (Average Monthly mean global solar radiation). Metrological data of measured (average monthly mean diffuse and direct solar radiation) were used to comparison the results and show the agreement between them. A simple, rapid and sensitive method for the analysis of Atenolol in pure and pharmaceutical preparation as an alternative analytical procedure were developed by continuous flow injection analysis via turbidimetric (T180o) and scattered light effect at two opposite position (2N90o). Polycrystalline Indium oxide (In2O3) and Indium oxide-zinc oxide (IZO) thin films mixed with 10% ZnO content were prepared by spray-pyrolysis technique at relatively low substrate temperature (150 ˚C).Field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) shows that the nanostructure at 10% ZnO content has pyramid like structure.
