Researchers are interested in the issue of children abuse and they look for its cause in the past and present. Their interest is limited to identifying penal liability which is caused by children abuse away from focusing on civil liability. So, the study is going to clarify the parents' responsibility for children abuse rather than civil liability of the medic in case he wouldn’t notify the authorities about the case according to the American law rules and the attitude of Iraqi law rather than some judicial application of civil cases that were exposed to American judiciary concerning children abuse.

     In this research, a type of gram negative bacteria was exposed to non-thermal plasma at a distance of (2 and 3 cm) from the plasma flow nozzle, with the use of an alternating power supply (5KHz), where exposure was made at two different voltages (4.9 and 8 kV). A negative gram of Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria was isolated and exposed to non-thermal plasma at different flow rates of argon gas whose value ranged from (1-5) liters/minute. The study showed significant differences between the average weight lens and the average amount protein in the lens between that Kestrel Falco tinnunculus L. and the Collared Dove Streptopelia decaocto F. , also the study electrical migration of lens proteins having one bundle of crystalline –? in Kestrel compared with three bundles in Collared Dove, two bundles of crystalline – ? in both , and crystalline – ? appeared as one bundle in both birds.

This study was done to clarify the effects of PGF2a on thymocytes in rat thymus gland, and the possibility of minimizing its effects by using fenugreek extract. The results have shown that PGF2a can cause a considerable degenerative changes in thymocytes. On the other hand,the fenugreek extract enhances the thymocyte proliferation and at least minimizes the effects of PGF2a on thymocytes.

The present study was investigated the activity of aqueous extract from Cinnamomum cassia bark on the blood glucose levels in healthy and diabetic rats induced by Streptozotcin (STZ). In healthy rats the blood glucose levels were slightly decreased after six hoursof single oral administration with dose (25 mg/kg) of body wight, as well as four weeks after twice daily repeated oral administration of aqueous extract of Cinnamomum cassia bark.
