Research Summary

This rule is one of the common rules between the sciences of the principles of jurisprudence and the jurisprudence rules. It is originally a fundamental rule because it relates to one of the topics of the science of the principles of jurisprudence, which is ijtihad. The ruling on reversing his ijtihad is permissible or not (1), and for this reason Ibn Al-Subki titled it in his book Al-Ishbah wa Al-Nazaer by saying: “What invalidates the judge’s judgment and what does not invalidate it.” ([2]).

The importance of this rule comes from the need for it by the judge, the mufti and the imitator, for the judge needs it to know the matters in which the ruling base

The aim of this paper was to investigate the removal efficiencies of Zn⁺² ions from wastewater by adsorption (using tobacco leaves) and forward osmosis (using cellulose triacetate (CTA) membrane). Various experimental parameters were investigated in adsorption experiment such as: effect of pH (3 - 7), contact time (0  - 220) min, solute concentration (10 - 100) mg/l, and adsorbent dose (0.2 - 5)g. Whereas for forward osmosis the operating parameters studied were: draw solution concentration (10 - 150) g/l, pH of feed solution (4 - 7), feed solution concentration (10 - 100) mg/l. The result showed that the removal efficiency by using adsorption was 70% and the removal efficiency by using forward osmosis was 96.2 %. 

Weibull Distribution is one of most important distribution and it is mainly used in reliability and in distribution of life time. The study handled two parameter and three-parameter Weibull Distribution in addition to five –parameter Bi-Weibull distribution. The latter being very new and was not mentioned before in many of the previous references. This distribution depends on both the two parameter and the three –parameter Weibull distributions by using the scale parameter (α) and the shape parameter (b) in the first and adding the location parameter (g)to the second and then joining them together to produce a distribution with five parameters.

In this work, we construct projectively distinct (k,3)-arcs in the projective plane PG(2,9) by applying a geometrical method. A new algorithm is proposed to compress speech signals using wavelet transform and linear predictive coding. Signal compression based on the concept of selecting a small number of approximation coefficients after they are compressed by the wavelet decomposition (Haar and db4) at a suitable chosen level and ignored details coefficients, and then approximation coefficients are windowed by a rectangular window and fed to the linear predictor. The dimensions of bubbles were measured in a stirrer tank electrochemical reactor, where the analysis of the bubble size distribution has a substantial impact on the flow dynamics. The high-speed camera and image processing methods were used to obtain a reliable photo. The influence of varied air flow rates (0.3; 0.5; 1 l/min) on BSD was thoroughly investigated. Two types of distributors (cubic and circular) were examined, and the impact of various airflow rates on BSD was investigated in detail. The results showed that the bubbles for the two distributors were between 0.5 and 4.5 mm. For both distributors at each airflow, the Sauter mean diameter for the bubbles was calculated.
