Estimations of specific activity concentrations in eight commercial porcelain tiles made in different countries were performed by the use of HPGe detector. We have found that the highest specific activity concentrations for ²³⁸U, ⁴⁰K were equal to (21.120 Bq/kg) and (283.862 Bq/kg) respectively, Iranian origin, while the highest specific activity concentration for ²³²Th was found to be equal to (29.292 Bq/kg), Iraqi origin; all of which were less than their corresponding recommended values given by (UNSCEAR, 2000). The aim of present study is to investigate the antagonistic activity of Spirogyra micropunctata against multidrug resistant human pathogens. The test organisms include 3 Gram negative bacteria such as Echerichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Salmonella typhi and 2 Gram positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis. The algal cell mass was extracted in 90% Methanol and 90% Ethanol and further concentrations of 0.5, 1, 3, 5, 10, 20 mg/ml were made for each extract. The present paper includes a study of color variation in Iraqi Collared dove Streptopelia decaocto. Three different populations have been recognized: the southern population which belongs to the Indian race, the northern population to the Eurasian race; the dark and light color variation occurs in the Baghdad population because of hybridisation between the two races, found infected with two cestodes,  Raillietina echinobothrida found  in most of our specimens, while the dark face found beside R. echinobothrida infected with Idiogenes sp. getting it probably from vertebrate sources. This manuscript presents several applications for solving special kinds of ordinary and partial differential equations using iteration methods such as Adomian decomposition method (ADM), Variation iterative method (VIM) and Taylor series method. These methods can be applied as well as to solve nonperturbed problems and 3rd order parabolic PDEs with variable coefficient.
