Some of the characters of the Staphylolysin A and D enzymes purified from Pseudomonas aeruginosa P16 and P5 respectively were studied, the molecular weights of Staphylolysin A and D were 20.417 kilo dalton and 23.988 kilo Dalton respectively by SDS- polyacryl amide gel electrophoresis. The optimum pH for staphylolysin A activity was found to be 8 which gives higher activity reaches 150 unit/ml, and for enzyme stability was 7.5-8.5 in which the enzyme nearly retained its full activity, while it was 9.5 for staphylolysin D that gives higher activity of 16 unit/ml,and 8.5-9.5 for enzyme stability in which the enzyme nearly retained its full activity, Maximum activity of two enzymes was obtained at 40C in which the specific activity for staphylolysin A and D were 140 and 16.4 unit/ml, and the two enzymes remained approximately without change at 25-40C for one hour. When the effects of some materials on Staphylolysin A&D activity were studied, the results showed that both sodium chloride & potassium chloride at 1 & 5 mM had the activator effect on enzymatic activity compared with its control where the staphylolysin A and D retained 105% ,108% and 102%, 104% of their activity respectively when treated with sodium chloride, while they retained 110%, 114% and 133%, 118% of their activity respectively when treated with potassium chloride. The enzymatic activity for both enzymes were inhibited when treated with ferric , mercury and zinc chloride at variable ratios, Staphylolysin A kept 73% and 7% of its initial activity respectively when treated with 5mM of ferric chloride and mercury chloride respectively and it kept only 9% of its initial activity when treated with 0.1mM Zinc chloride . Staphylolysin D kept 45% and 13% of it is initial activity respectively when treated with 5mM of ferric chloride and mercury chloride respectively and it kept only 23% of its initial activity when treated with 0.1mM Zinc chloride while enzymatic activity for both enzymes were not affected when treated with EDTA at l0mM and phenyl methyl sulphonyl fluoride (PMSF) at 0.4mM.These results referred to that Staphylolysin A and D are Zn -metallo endopeptidase .
First: the definition searchEnsure the definition Introduction of research and its importance, as it was addressed to the importance of the importance of training in the development of people and institutions and the importance of diversifying the training vocabulary and a lot of relevant courses for its role to develop work and get away from the routine work, and was put up for the importance of research to identify the problems and obstacles facing the process of providing training as the best in order to access to the ambition sought by workers on training and even the trainees while defined research problem that was observed weak performance and cost-effective training through the study of some of the questionnaires distributed

The increasing use of plastics in various aspects of modern life resulted in the availability of enormous amount of wastes, including a negative effect on the environment and humans. So it is necessary to find solutions to deal with these wastes and ensure to use them as solutions to use in concrete mix . In this research the production of concrete containing high and low density polyethylene has been used by (5, 10, 15)% as a replacement of part of the volume of sand, so as to obtain concrete good compressive strength as well as other benefits such as improved possibility of pumping concrete and reduce the loss of concrete for workability polymer is a material that is non-absorbable of water . It is also intended to dispose of these was
... Show MoreIn recent decades, tremendous success has been achieved in the advancement of chemical admixtures for Portland cement concrete. Most efforts have concentrated on improving the properties of concrete and studying the factors that influence on these properties. Since the compressive strength is considered a valuable property and is invariably a vital element of the structural design, especially high early strength development which can be provide more benefits in concrete production, such as reducing construction time and labor and saving the formwork and energy. As a matter of fact, it is influenced as a most properties of concrete by several factors including water-cement ratio, cement type and curing methods employed.

The refractive indices, nD densities 𝜌, and viscosities of binary mixtures of sulfolane + n -butanol + sec- butanol + iso- butanol + tert – butanol + n-propanol and iso- propanol were measured at 298.15K. Form experimental data, excess molar volum VE , excess molar refractivity ∆nD, excess molar viscosity E and excess molar Gibbs free energy of activation of viscous flow G *E were calculated. From n-propanol – sulfolane and iso- propanol sulfolane mixtures showed negative ∆nD, n-butanol – sulfolane, sec-butanal – sulfolane, iso-butanol – sulfolane and tert- butanol sulfolane , nD was positive over the whole mole fraction rang , while VE , E and G *E show a negative deviation. Nine distinct treatments were created by combining municipal solid waste (MSW) with animal waste (3:1, 2:1), poultry manure (3:1, 2:1), mixed waste (2:1:1), agricultural waste (dry leaves), biocont (Trichoderm hazarium), and humic acid. Weekly monitoring of temperature, pH, EC, organic matter (OM percent), and the C/N ratio was performed, and macronutrients (N, P, K) were measured. Trace elements, including heavy metals (Cd and Pb), were tested in the first and final weeks of maturity. Results: Temperatures in the first days of composting reached the thermophilic phase in MSW compost
