This study consisted of(50) women with uterine fibroid as patient's group and (30) healthy women as control group. The age ranged between (30-55) years for the two groups. Films of silver oxide of different thickness have been prepared by the chemical spray paralysis. Transmission and absorption spectra have recorded in order to study the effect of increasing thickness on some optical parameter such as reflectance, refractive index , and dielectric constant in its two parts . This study reveals that all these paramters affect by increasing the thickness .

In this study, method for experimentally determining the electron density (ne) and the electron temperature (Te) in the atmospheric Argon plasma jet is used; it is based on optical emission spectroscopy (OES). Boltzmann plot method used to calculate these parameters measured for different values of gas flow rate. The results show that the electron temperature decreasing with the increase of gas flow rate also indicates an increasing in the electron density of plasma jet with increasing of gas flow rate.
