We introduce and discuss recent type of fibrewise topological spaces, namely fibrewise soft bitopological spaces. Also, we introduce the concepts of fibrewise closed soft bitopological spaces, fibrewise open soft bitopological spaces, fibrewise locally sliceable soft bitopological spaces and fibrewise locally sectionable soft bitopological spaces. Furthermore, we state and prove several propositions concerning these concepts.

A (k,n)-arc is a set of k points of PG(2,q) for some n, but not n + 1 of them, are collinear. A (k,n)-arc is complete if it is not contained in a (k + 1,n)-arc. In this paper we construct complete (kn,n)-arcs in PG(2,5), n = 2,3,4,5, by geometric method, with the related blocking sets and projective codes.

Desulfurization of a simulated diesel fuel by different adsorbents was studied in a fixed-bed adsorption process operated at ambient temperature and pressure.  Three different adsorption beds were used, commercial activated carbon, Cu-Y zeolite, and layered bed of 15wt% activated carbon followed by Cu-Y zeolite.Initially Y-zeolite was prepared from Iraqi rice husk and then impregnated with copper. In general, the adsorbents tested for total sulfur adsorption capacity at break through followed the order Ac/Cu-Y zeolite>Cu-Y zeolite>Ac. Teaching through the system of personal learning, known as (Clare's plan) is amongst the most prominent plans which depend on self-education, as it received worldwide recognition. The elections of the Council of Representatives in Iraq are one of the manifestations of political participation, which makes it attracts the attention of researchers. Where Iraq witnessed in 2005 important political events in the Iraqi arena, a pluralist parliamentary elections or elections in Iraq by direct free election on January 30, the first almost half a century ago. On November 15 of the same year, Iraq adopted a permanent constitution for the country through a popular referendum.

Recently, numerous the generalizations of Hurwitz-Lerch zeta functions are investigated and introduced. In this paper, by using the extended generalized Hurwitz-Lerch zeta function, a new Salagean’s differential operator is studied. Based on this new operator, a new geometric class and yielded coefficient bounds, growth and distortion result, radii of convexity, star-likeness, close-to-convexity, as well as extreme points are discussed.
