This study includes the direct influence of (single & multi) dose of Cold Atmospheric Plasma (CAP) on the no. of platelets for mice for different exposure time (15, 30, 60, and 120) sec. the influence of CAP on mice was measured after 1, 2, 3, 7, and 14 day from exposure.
The results obtained in this study indicate that the effect of low doses of CAP on platelets was stimulatory effect in the first few hours from exposure (1day) but the high dose was inhibitory, It was found that after two weeks of exposure that the number of platelets became normal comparable to the control one, and this indicates that plasma effect was removed after this period.

The work demonstrates the effect of cold atmospheric plasma (CAP) on adult female rats suffering from osteoporosis, the used plasma was generated by a floating electrode-dielectric barrier discharge system with an electrode diameter of 3 cm. The output power was from (12-20) watts. The effect of non-thermal plasma was observed on rats with various exposure times of 20, 30, and 40 sec.      Bacillus subtilis, an isolate of bacillus genus, was obtained from the laboratories of Ministry of Science and Technology. The best efficient Bacillus subtilis isolate in cellulose and semi-cellulose hydrolysis was treated with Dielectric-barrier Discharge (DBD). Atmospheric cold plasma technique (non-thermal) was used by exposing them at different times (2, 3, 4 and 5 mins) separately as a first stage, and then 60 seconds after any treatment separately as a second stage. After 48 hours, the difference between the plasma source and the sample was fixed at 0.5 cm. The results showed a variation in the growth of the isolate according to the exposure time by the appearance of culture turbidity and the estimation o
