The present study was conducted in order to focus on the effect of the addition of Carnitine and Niacin on some blood serum parameters of Common Carp Cyprinus Carpio. 48 fish carp mean weight 44.13 gm were distributed randomly on four feeding treatments (12 fish each) with replicates (6 fish each) in 8 glass aquaria. Treatments were as follows: fish were fed on basic diet without any addition and conducted as control (T1); addition of 200 mg Carnitine/ Kg diet, (T2) addition of 28 mg Niacin/Kg diet (T3), addition of a mixture of 200 mg Carnitine and 28 mg Niacin/ Kg diet as (T4). Abstract

The current research aims to identify psychological resilience among middle school students. a sample of (300) male and female students was chosen from Al- Azmaa Intermediate School for Boys and Ohran Intermediate School for Girls, It is affiliated with the second Rusafa Education Directorate in Baghdad Governorate. To achieve the research objective, the researcher adopted a scale of Luthar & Cicchetti (2000) to measure psychological resilience. The results showed that middle school students have psychological resilience. There is no significant difference in psychological resilience between males and females.

A series of experiments were conducted for the first time in Iraq to evaluate the efficiency of five plant leaves extracts (Ibicella lutea, Nerium oleander, Clerodendron inerme, Allium cepa and Eucalyptus spp.) in treating the common carp (Cyprinus carpio) infected with monogenetic trematodes of genera Dactylogyrus. Five different concentrations of such extracts were used to bathe fishes for 5,10,15,20 and 25 minutes. A concentration of 15% A. cepa for 25 minutes of bath exposure was affective in trematode eradication.
