Present investigation aimed to study plasma BNP hormone estimation as predictor of brain stroke and neurocognitive in relative with other limitations in CKD patient. The case control experimental study was conducted on CKD patient at Yarmuk Hospital at Baghdad Province, Iraq from February to April 2020. The results showed that there were significant variances (P< 0.05) between CKD patients and control group, there was significant increase in BNP hormone and cystatin-C levels at patient, while ihematological parameters were significantly decreased. There was a confusion between him and another Koofi grammarian from the same layer (Mohammed Bin Qaadim) in some old references. This research has clarified this confusion to affirm that they are two different grammarians.This research also tackles the scientific status of Al-Tuaal and the grammatical views that have been ascribed to him in addition to the analysis and discussion of these views. Most tubes are made from butyl rubbers, but certain types, such as giant tubes, are based on natural rubber because very high green strength is required when handling the uncured compound. By using blends of natural rubber (NR) and brominated butyl rubber (BIIR), it is possible to maintain high green strength in the uncured compound and improve impermeability and heat resistance of the cured tube.  The best formulations are obtained in the presence of 50 phr of (BIIR) to achieve desired mechanical properties. Improved impermeability was obtained by using 50 and 75 phr of (BIIR) rubber in compounds. Blending of brominated butyl rubber (BIIR) with natural rubber (NR) enhances air retention with acceptable sacrifices in green strength.

the same time, the physician can obtain biopsy specimens, remove polyps, and decompress volvuli.
Most experienced endoscopists and well prepared
patients can reach the cecum in over 90% of patients.
If colonoscopy is properly performed, it has a low
risk of complications, such as perforation and bleeding.
Methods: A total of 70 consecutive patients admitted
to Endoscopy department at Al-Kindy Teaching hospital from September- 2008 to July-2009.
