A new Turbidimetric method characterized by simplicity, accuracy and speed for determination of iron(III) in drug samples by continuous flow injection analysis. The method was based on the formation of complex for iron(III) with 8-hydroxyquinoline in presence of ammonium acetate as a medium for the formation of deep green precipitate and this precipitate was determined using homemade Linear Array Ayah-5SX1-T-1D continuous flow injection analyser. The optimum parameters were 2.6 mL.min-1 flow rate using H2O as a carrier, 1.9 mL.min-1 (14 mmol.L-1) ammonium acetate, 2.4 mL.min-1 (14 mmol.L-1) 8-hydroxyquinoline, 60 L sample volume and open valve for the purge of the sample segment. Darcy-Weisbach (D-W) is a typical resistance equation in pressured flow; however, some academics and engineers prefer Hazen-Williams (H-W) for assessing water distribution networks. The main difference is that the (D-W) friction factor changes with the Reynolds number, while the (H-W) coefficient is a constant value for a certain material. This study uses WaterGEMS CONNECT Edition update 1 to find an empirical relation between the (H-W) and (H-W) equations for two 400 mm and 500 mm pipe systems. The study aimed at designing a training program by using training for the anaerobic differential threshold stand and the effects of those trainings on the variables of (Concentration of Lactic Acid and LDH Enzyme, VO2 MaX and Cortisol Hormone). The Researchers used the experimental program with one-group style. Also, they used a sample with (8) men-players in a (free 400 m men-runners) and they used many instruments and procedures, most notably the training-program prepared for 10 weeks and for 3 training units weekly, (70-90 min) for each unit. They used the training intensity from 85-100% of the player's ability. After finishing the training program and doing some pre-tests and post-tests then statistically checking the results, the resea
