Field trial was conducted in Research Field equipped with rainfall transparent
shade, Biology Department, College of Science, Baghdad University during the
growing season of 2012 to test the potential of sorghum water extract in improving
yield and yield components of local cultivar of mung bean crop grown under
different moisture deficit stresses. The water stresses were applied by irrigated the
plots to field capacity and withheld the next irrigation until the soil water deficit
reaches 80, 50 and 30% of field capacity for control, mild water stress and higher

Glucoamylase from black Aspergillus niger isolate was purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation and sephadex G 200 filtration. A trial for the purification of glucoamylase resulted in an enzyme with a specific activity of 6472 unit/mg protein with 10 times fold. This research includes a study of the effect of four temperatures (25, 30, 35, 40m◦) with relative humidity 65% on some biological aspects of the Bean beetle Acanthoselides obtectus on the Bean seeds under laboratory conditions. The results showed that the effect of different temperatures is clear on biological of Bean beetle. Differed period necessary for the growth and development of each stage of the insect in different temperatures .                This paper studies the effect of the solar indices (total sunspot no., solar wind density and coronal mass ejection linear speed) on F₂- layer electron density, as well as, the comparison of seasonal variations of electron density of F₂- layer, N_mF₂, for Mars at local noontime and for maximum and minimum solar cycles.                  

 Results show that there is an inverse correlation between sunspot number, solar wind density, CME linear speed and ionosphere electron density for Mars, at maximum and minimum solar cycles. This correlation is clear when electron density is at minimum value.                          

The problem of steady, laminar, natural convective flow in an square enclosure with and without partitions is considered for Rayleigh number (103-106) and Prandtl number (0.7). Vertical walls were maintained isothermal at different temperatures while horizontal walls and the partitions were insulated. The length of partition was taken constant.
