The purpose of this paper is to study a new types of compactness in the dual bitopological spaces. We shall introduce the concepts of L-pre- compactness and L-semi-P- compactness .
When the guard honey bees, Apis mellifera L., form a clump at the hive entrance or on the flight board, the oriental hornet, Vespa orientails L., either creeps toward the clump or hovers over it in order to take a bee. Once the hornet creeps, only few bees facing the hornet become alert, rock their heads and antennae, open their wings, and take a posture of defense. The purpose of this paper is to introduce dual notions of two known concepts which are semi-essential submodules and semi-uniform modules. We call these concepts; cosemi-essential submodules and cosemi-uniform modules respectively. Also, we verify that these concepts form generalizations of two well-known classes; coessential submodules and couniform modules respectively. Some conditions are considered to obtain the equivalence between cosemi-uniform and couniform. Furthermore, the relationships of cosemi-uniform module with other related concepts are studied, and some conditional characterizations of cosemi-uniform modules are investigated.
Some researchers are interested in using the flexible and applicable properties of quadratic functions as activation functions for FNNs. We study the essential approximation rate of any Lebesgue-integrable monotone function by a neural network of quadratic activation functions. The simultaneous degree of essential approximation is also studied. Both estimates are proved to be within the second order of modulus of smoothness.

The results showed that the average of soil pollution by Nickel and Lead elements in north of Baghdad was less than the average of soil pollution in the south of Baghdad which recorded 29.0,9.0PPm and 42.0, 25.0PPm respectively.
