This paper presents a methodology to assess probabilistic risk criteria of Al-Qudus plant before and after expansion; as this plant consists of ten generating units presently and the Ministry Of Electricity (MOE) is intending to compact four units to it in order to improve the performance of Iraqi power system especially at Baghdad region. In this paper, we illustrate how to use the generalized homogeneous -shift operator  in generalizing various well-known q-identities, such as Hiene's transformation, the q-Gauss sum, and Jackson's transfor- mation. For the polynomials , we provide another formula for the generating function, the Rogers formula, and the bilinear generating function of the Srivastava-Agarwal type. In addition, we also generalize the extension of both the Askey-Wilson integral and the Andrews-Askey integral.

This study concluded detection of Toxoplasma gondii in milk, immunologically by using Elisa and nested PCR)nPCR (based on B1 gene, also to investigate the effect of toxoplasmosis, parity, breed and flock on some milk composition in the Iraqi local and Shami goats in the middle of Iraq. A total of 80 milk samples of the lactating goats were collected. Results of this study showed the prevalence of Toxoplasmosis was 21.25% and 28.75% by Elisa and nPCR respectively without significant differences.
