The development of a new, cheap, efficient, and ecofriendly adsorbents has become an important demand for the treatment of waste water, so nano silica is considered a good choice. A sample of nanosilica (NS) was prepared from sodium silicate as precursor and the nonionic surfactant Tween 20 as a template. The prepared sample was characterized using various characterization techniques such as FT-IR, AFM, SEM and EDX analysis. Six isolates of Bacillus thuringiensis were isolated from Iraqi soil characterized as non- insecticidal and non- hemolytic parasporal inclusion proteins. Bacterial isolates were propagated on nutrient broth. Then, the parasporal inclusion proteins were extracted and processed with proteinase K and trypsin. The major protein segments produced of 64KDa were characterized and tested for cytocidal activity against human leukemic T- cells (CLL) (Chronic lymphoid leukemia). Results indicated that the treated parasporal proteins of four isolates (Bt2, Bt3, Bt4 and Bt6) showed strong cytotoxicity with no significant differences between normal lymphocytes and leukemic lymphocytes. Klebsiella pneumoniae is an adaptable pathogen that forms biofilms on a variety of surfaces. This study's objective was to identify the presence of fimbrial genes (types 1 and 3) in K. pneumoniae strains isolated from various clinical sources based on their antibiotic resistance and ability to form biofilms. According to identification utilizing the vitek 2 technology and confirmation by molecular identification targeting the 16S rRNA gene with a particular primer, forty isolates were identified from clinical specimens. The external morphological characters were: spotting patterns of vertex, face, pronotum of prothorax, and metothorax, and of lower and upper valves of ovipositors,shape of female seventh abdominasternum.

In this paper, we generalized the notions of rough set concepts using two topological structures generated by out (resp. in)-degree sets of vertices on general digraph. New types of topological rough sets are initiated and studied using new types of topological sets. Some properties of topological rough approximations are studied by many propositions.
