This work is devoted to the modeling of streamer discharge, propagation in liquid dielectrics (water) gap using the bubble theory. This of the electrical discharge (streamer) propagating within a dielectric liquid subjected to a divergent electric field, using finite element method (in two dimensions). This study assesses the delay of mastectomy "time from the first consultation of a doctor to the time of mastectomy" and its relationship with the stage of the disease among Iraqi women with breast cancer. A study was carried out on (113) women who were referred to the Outpatient Clinic of the Oncology Teaching Hospital and the Iraqi National Cancer Research Center, University of Baghdad, for the period from 2012 to 2016.Patients' age range between (40-49) years comprised (60.2%) of cases, and showed advanced tumor stage (62.96%)of stage III. It was found that infiltrating ductal carcinoma was the most common type of breast cancer that found in (77%) of cases.

This paper examines the impact of the organizational culture prevailing at the university center, Ali KafiTindouf, on the quality of the educational service provided by the university center Ali KafiTindouf from the point of view of the teachers of the center. The questionnaire method was used to determine the effect between the variables studied, by the distribution of 33 questionnaires on a random sample of the study community.

The study found that the organizational culture prevailing at the university center of Ali KafiTindouf contributed to reaching higher levels in the awareness and quality of the educational service provided by the teachers of the center.<

Breast cancer is the commonest cancer and the leading cause of malignancies-related mortality in women worldwide. Understanding the underlying biology of the disease could improve patients’ stratification and may offer novel therapeutic targets and strategies. This study was set to investigate the association between BRCA1 gene expression and some of the clinical features of breast cancer patients in Baghdad-Iraq. Eighty peripheral blood samples were collected from sixty patients diagnosed with breast cancer and twenty healthy age-matched controls for BRCA1 qPCR gene expression analysis.

     The results showed a significant reduction in BRCA1 gene expression in all of the bre
