Ceramic coating compose from a ceramic mixture (MgO, Al₂O₃) and metall (Al-Ni) were produced by Thermal Spray Technique. The mixed ratio of used materials Al:Ni (50%) and 40% of Al₂O₃ and 10% MgO. This mixture was spray on a stainless steel substrate of type (316 L) by using thermal spray with flame method and at spraying distances (8, 12, 16 and 20) cm, then the prepared films were treated by laser and thermal treatment. After that performing a hardness and adhesion tests were eximined. Most of the world's drilling companies use API method for calculating the
pressure drop in drilling oil and gas wells. Iraqi Drilling Company also uses this
method for drilling oil wells in all fields of Iraq. In Russia, the method is actively
used Grodde for calculating the pressure drop in drilling oil and gas wells. This
study includes a comparison of formulas API, Grodde and new techniques
developed methods for the laminar flow of viscoplastic fluids in the annular space.
The aim of this study is to determine the most accurate way to calculate the pressure
loss in drilling oil wells. The comparison was focused on identifying changes in the
values of β, using the above calculation methods.

This study concluded detection of Toxoplasma gondii in milk, immunologically by using Elisa and nested PCR)nPCR (based on B1 gene, also to investigate the effect of toxoplasmosis, parity, breed and flock on some milk composition in the Iraqi local and Shami goats in the middle of Iraq. A total of 80 milk samples of the lactating goats were collected. Results of this study showed the prevalence of Toxoplasmosis was 21.25% and 28.75% by Elisa and nPCR respectively without significant differences. The sensitivity of Elisa was a low (30.43%) whereas the specificity was a high (82.45%). The degree of agreement estimated by Kappa coefficient revealed a slight agreement (0.14) between two methods.
