A chemometric method, partial least squares regression (PLS) was applied for the simultaneous determination of piroxicam (PIR), naproxen (NAP), diclofenac sodium (DIC), and mefenamic acid (MEF) in synthetic mixtures and commercial formulations. The fatty acid composition in the seed and flower of Ligustrun lucidum and olive oil was studied by Gas Chromatography.
