In this work, new kinds of blocking sets in a projective plane over Galois field PG(2,q) can be obtained. These kinds are called the complete blocking set and maximum blocking set. Some results can be obtained about them.

Leaf samples of Lawsonia inermis were collected from Basrah city, South of Iraq to examine their antimicrobial activity . The effects of water and chloroform crude extracts of the leaves in different concentrations were obtained and bioassayed in vitro for its bioactivity to inhibit the growth of six types of bacteria . The results of the present study showed that twenty-five samples were collected for the age group 35–40 years and four samples for the age group 65–70 years for both genders. The results showed that 48 (48%) of the samples were obtained from the hands, 16 (16%) from the legs, 12 (12%) from the abdominal area, and 10 (10%) from the chest area.
