Direct FIA methods for estimation of Naringenin (NG) in different samples were proposed. These methods are based on diazotization coupling reactions of two reagents: method (A) p-chloroaniline (PCA) and method (B) procaine hydrochloride (PRH) with NG in basic medium. Yellow dyes with maximum absorption at 416 and 415 nm were formed respectively. Calibration curves were constructed over different NG concentrations, linearity was from 1- 70 and 1- 40 µgmL^-1 with detection limits of 0.55 and 0.24 µgmL^-1 for (A) and (B) respectively. The aim of this paper is the study of the influence magnetic field on steady state
flows and heat transfer in microchannels between two parallel plates.

The fingerprinting DNA method which depends on the unique pattern in this study was employed to detect the hydatid cyst of Echinococcus granulosus and to determine the genetic variation among their strains in different intermediate hosts (cows and sheep).  The unique pattern represents the number of amplified bands and their molecular weights with specialized sequences to one sample which different from the other samples.   Five hydatitd cysts samples  from cows and sheep were  collected, genetic analysis for  isolated DNA was done using PCR technique and  Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA reaction(RAPD) depending on (4) random primers, and the results showed:      

The ground state densities of unstable neutron-rich 11Li and 12Be exotic nuclei are studied in the framework of the binary cluster model (BCM). The internal densities of the clusters are described by the single particle harmonic oscillator wave functions.
