The trace elements in the medical herbs play an important role in the treatment of diseases. Well selected herbs samples of Iraqi herbs and collected from local markets. In this study, the concentrations of nine elements Na,K, Zn, Fe ,Co ,Cu ,Ni , Pb and Cd were determined in fourteen kinds herbs common belonging to Matricaria Chamomile Cinnamon,Pimpinella Anisum L., Zea Maize , Anethum Graveolens L., Jeft, Teucrium Polium L., Cagsia Italica,Echium Talicum L.,Ocimum Basilcum L., Galeopsis Sejetum,Nigella Sative L., Cyperus Rotundus L.,Lupinus Jaimehintoniana.The herbs samples were analysed by flameless except Na,K, in flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer in different medical herbs.The results indicated that the Na and K

Acromegaly is a rare disease produce generalize and serious alteration in the patient with active disease. Many of these patients are also diabetic. Many analytes, hormones, markers are change in these disease. The objective of study is to assess the modification in a number of parameters that changed during the acromegaly as a result of excess in GH and IGF1 levels. The study included 36 patients and 38 healthy controls, paired by sex and age and BMI. Serum concentration of GH and the other parameters including (insulin, glucose, lipid profile, uric acid ) were determined by biochemical method .Compared to controls, acromegalic patients had increased levels of GH, insulin, glucose, triglyceride, very low density lipoprotein(VLDL) (p<0.05)

The differential count of Blood cells revealed that neutrophils and monocytcs were increased significantly in patient women comparing with control group. The present study was designed to evaluate the immunological status in a sample of Iraqi males with primary infertility and them age range18-55 years, who were attending the Centre of Infertility and in vitro Fertilization (Kamal Al-Samaraie Hospital, Baghdad) during the period December 2008 – April 2009. They were divided into three groups; 40 patients with anti-sperm antibodies (ASA), 20 patients with Asthenozoospermia (AST) and 20 patients with azoospermia (AZO).
