optical fiber (SMOF) of 10 m length, core radius of 5 μm and optical refractive index difference

The animals were divided into control and experimental and further subdivided into three groups I, II and III according to the dose of nickel chloride (NiCl2) administered to them i.e. 5.8, 12.8 and 28.2 mg/kg body weight, respectively.
