Low-dimensional materials have attracted significant attention in developing and enhancing the performance of quantum well lasers due to their extraordinary unique properties. The optical confinement factor is one of the most effective parameters for evaluating the optimal performance of a semiconductor laser diode when used to measure the optical gain and current threshold.         Throughout this paper, three concepts are introduced namely stable semisimple modules, stable t-semisimple modules and strongly stable t-semisimple. Many features co-related with these concepts are presented. Also many connections between these concepts are given. We study in this paper the composition operator that is induced by ?(z) = sz + t. We give a characterization of the adjoint of composiotion operators generated by self-maps of the unit ball of form ?(z) = sz + t for which |s|?1, |t|<1 and |s|+|t|?1. Fifteen blood samples were collected from healthy males and females (6 males &
9 females), average age (21-34 years) in heparinized sterile tubes. The extracellular
protease was extracted from a clinical isolate of Serratia marcescens that was
isolated from a patient suffering from urinary tract infection taken from the Central
Health Laboratory. The extracted protease was purified partial by two steps,
precipitation with 30-55% saturation of ammonium sulfate following with dialysis
and ion exchange chromatography DEAE-cellulose. The protease concentration was
