Active worms have posed a major security threat to the Internet, and many research efforts have focused on them. This paper is interested in internet worm that spreads via TCP, which accounts for the majority of internet traffic. It presents an approach that use a hybrid solution between two detection algorithms: behavior base detection and signature base detection to have the features of each of them. The aim of this study is to have a good solution of detecting worm and stealthy worm with the feature of the speed. This proposal was designed in distributed collaborative scheme based on the small-world network model to effectively improve the system performance.

A skip list data structure is really just a simulation of a binary search tree. Skip lists algorithm are simpler, faster and use less space. this data structure conceptually uses parallel sorted linked lists. Searching in a skip list is more difficult than searching in a regular sorted linked list. Because a skip list is a two dimensional data structure, it is implemented using a two dimensional network of nodes with four pointers. the implementation of the search, insert and delete operation taking a time of upto . design of the high-speed laser diode driver with a short pulse of 10 ns at 30 KHz frequency and the
delivered maximum pulse voltage is 5.5 mV. Also, its optical output power of the laser diode driver is
about 2.529 mW for the centroied wavelength 1546.7 nm with FWHM of 286 pm and (1270-1610) nm.
