התמצית השניות היא התורה שנזכרת כי המוצאים בלשון הערבית וכך בלשונות השמיות אינם הבטויים בעלי האותיות השלושיות , אלא בעלי שתי אותיות . לפי כך אפשר להשיב השורשים השלושיים לשורשים השניים . וכל אות שנאספה בשורש שׁניוני, יהיה לפי חוק ההתפתחות הלשונית , הוספות תחילית , תוכית , סופית , עם השארת החיבור המשמעתית בין השׁניוני והשׁלשׁי כמו היא ממושכת בין השׁלשׁי והרביעי ומה שרבה ההוספות . השרשים השניים מוצאים הם: אות והגה , השרשים השניים מורכבים משתי אותיות , והרכיבו הדבור מהן שניים , שלשיים , רבעיים וחמשיים . גם בפעלים מגזרות החסרים , הנחים והכפולים , אנו מוצאים את השנָיות הקדמונית של השרשים העבריים , ואפילו בשרשים , שהם בעלי שלוש אותיות הגויות תמיד , יש בהם שרשים דקדוקיים , שנוצרו משתי אותיות היסוד , כלומר , משרשים גנתיים שנָיים . ולפי כך, החקירה הזה מעונין בנושׂא השנָיות , ע''י עיון השרשים השניים עיון אנליטי השוואתי בלשון הערבית ובלשון העברית , גם עיון האותיות היסוד של הפעלים והתוספת שקורה על הפעלים .

Two Prototypes of Transversely Excited at atmospheric pressure (TEA) Nitrogen laser systems (One Stage Blumlein Circuit and Two Stage Blumlein Circuit) were fabricated and operated. High voltage power supply with variable operating voltage (0-20 kv) and operating current (1-3A) was built and tested successfully. The gas flow rate of 15 L/ min and 10 L/ min for OSBC and TSBC was used. The performance of the fabricated systems was studied extensively reaching to the optimum operating conditions. The obtained laser output energy for the first system has linear relationship with the applied voltage. A Competitive Study Using UV and Ozone with H2O2 in Treatment of Oily Wastewater

          In this study, ultraviolet (UV), ozone techniques with hydrogen peroxide oxidant were used to treat the wastewater which is produced from South Baghdad Power Station using lab-scale system. From UV-H2O2 experiments, it was shown that the optimum exposure time was 80 min. At this time, the highest removal percentages of oil, COD, and TOC were 84.69 %, 56.33 % and 50 % respectively. Effect of pH on the contaminants removing was studied in the range of (2-12). The best oil, COD, and TOC removal percentages (69.38 %, 70 % and 52 %) using H2O2/UV were at pH=12.
