the energy that a radiation source emits as light (photons), electromagnetic waves, or particles is known as radiation. X-ray is one type of ionizing radiation that falls within the electromagnetic wave category of short wavelengths. Because of their short wavelength. X-ray is a type of ionizing radiation that is used in a constantly growing number of diagnostic procedures. X-ray diagnostic imaging has been employed in the medical field for more than a century(Hariyoto et al., 2020). Radiation has advantages for human health, but there is also a risk. the impacts of Radiation on Fertility it is an oligospermia, or a reduction in the number of sperm cells, which is already possible after radiation exposure of 0.15 mGy. It Leads to impedes the process of generating the resultant sperm cell through a deterministic effect. (Tuieng et al., 2021). Infertility affects 1 in 6 couples globally. Nearly 50% of infertility cases are caused by male causes. Although low sperm counts, abnormal sperm morphology, and impaired sperm motility are recognized causes, the underlying reasons remain unknown in 25% of instances.(Inhorn and Patrizio, 2014). Human infertility is reliant on the meiotic process, which leads to the development of germ cells. This procedure is extremely radiation-sensitive. the relationship between radiation exposure and infertility is thought to originate from DNA damage induced by free radicals originating from radiation ionization. DNA damage might cause some mutations or cause cell death (apoptosis). (Skrzypek et al., 2019) Even though X-rays are one of the most common diagnostic instruments used on patients, not much study has been done on the impacts of X-ray exposure on medical workers. One condition that is commonly observed in medical workers who are exposed to radiation regularly is infertility. For the diagnosis of many illnesses, radiodiagnosis tools like C-ARM, and CT-SCAN. X-rays are still the mainstay. Frequent usage of small amounts of X-ray radiation can have an accumulating effect that results in other abnormal epigenetic patterns and DNA damage. To reduce the radiation exposure of medical workers, further study is required to find the best X-ray doses, times, and saf
Abstract
The Issue of trade policy is one of the most important topics that researchers have been interested in because of its important role in the economy over the ages. This importance has increased due to the increasing of commercial operations at different levels in both developing and developed countries Foreign trade is one of the means of achieving economic development through the economic surpluses resulting from exports and imports, as it is an important pillar of the economy in general and the Iraqi economy in particular, in light of the transformation process that took place for the Iraqi economy in various fields due to the implement
... Show MoreThe aggregation capacity of human reb blood cells lies between that of the non- aggregated arythrocyte and the remarkably full sedimentation. As the ability to aggregate is atributed to many factors such as the availability of macromolecules and plasma lipids, the role of plasm lipid profile on RBC aggregation and sedimentation changes in normal and diabetic patients is studied. Also serum lipid profile measurement (Total cholesterol, Triglyceride, HDL, LDL, VLDL) in normal and diabetic subjects were made. The principle of measurement includes detecting the transmitted laser light through a suspension of 10% diluted red blood cells in plasma. In all diabetics, the raulux formation and sedimentation rate is enhanced.
There is currently a significantly larger concentration of toxins in our environment than there was in the past. This is mostly attributable to the expansion of modern industry. This investigation was conducted in order to investigate various haematological and biochemical changes in order to determine the effects of Cd on the liver and kidney. Because of its long biological half-life, it is considered hazardous to human health. The effect of sub-lethal doses (40, 80 and 120 mg\Kg) of Cadmium (Cd) on male mice were evaluated for 4 weeks, and analysis was done to estimate their biochemical parameters and antioxidant enzymes. The results showed that Cd-treated mice had considerably lower packed cell volume, red blood cells, and haemoglobin. W

In this research, the morphology and mechanical properties of (Epoxy/PVC) blend were investigated. (EP/PVC) blend was prepared by manual mixing of epoxy resin with different weight ratios of (Poly vinyl chloride (PVC) after dissolving it in cyclohexanon). Five sheets of polymer blends in wt% included (0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%) of PVC were prepared at room temperature. Tests were carried out to study some mechanical properties for these blends and compared with the properties of pure epoxy. The morphology of the prepared materials was examined to study the compatibility nature between the two polymers under work. It was found that the best ratio of addition is (20%) of PVC.
... Show MoreThe research involves using phenol – formaldehyde (Novolak) resin as matrix for making composite material, while glass fiber type (E) was used as reinforcing materials. The specimen of the composite material is reinforced with (60%) ratio of glass fiber.
The impregnation method is used in test sample preparation, using molding by pressure presses.
All samples were exposure to (Co60) gamma rays of an average energy (2.5)Mev. The total doses were (208, 312 and 728) KGy.
The mechanical tests (bending, bending strength, shear force, impact strength and surface indentation) were performed on un irradiated and irrad
... Show MoreThe aim of this work is to produce samples from Iraqi raw materials like Husyniat Bauxite (raw and burnt) and to study the effect of some additives like white Doekhla kaolin clays and alumina on that material properties were using sodium silica as a binding material. Five mixtures were prepared from Bauxite (raw and burnt) and kaolin clays, with an additive of (40) ml from sodium silica and alumina of (2.5, 5, 7.5,10 wt %) percentage as a binding material. the size grading was through sieving. The formation of all specimens was conducted by a measured gradually semi-dry pressing method under a compression force of (10) Tons and humidity ratio ranging from (5-10) % from mixture weight. Drying all specimens was done and then they were burn

Diyala River is one of the important rivers that provide water for the Governorate of Diyala. In this research, the morphology and sediment transport of this river were studied using HEC-Ras software. The selected length of the river in the present study is 193 km and extended from Diyala Weir to the confluence of Tigris River and Diyala River. The fieldwork period extended from June 2020 till August 2020, where suspended-load and bed-load samples were collected and surveyed some cross-sections. The one-dimensional sediment transport model has been calibrated for five years, from 2014 to 2019. The results were compared with the measured cross-sections in 2019, and the suitable value of (maximum depth
