Cadmium sulfide (CdS) nanocrystalline thin films have been prepared by chemical bath deposition (CBD) technique on commercial glass substrates at 70ºC temperature. Bacteria were isolated and identified from the rhizosphere soils of different plants collected from various agricultural areas.
