Targeted research to find control procedures to reduce contamination of drinking water and whether the public water systems monitor the channels properly and it is free from all pollution to try to reduce the phenomenon of environmental pollution of drinking water and therefore its impact on improving the health status and economic development. Thus, the practical side took the proposed framework to reduce the contamination of drinking water in the province of Baghdad, and the role of environmental control to reduce this pollution and to eliminate the problem of providing drinking water in the countr.

In this work the interaction of plasma jet with water and hydrogen peroxide liquids used for assisted teeth bleaching by plasma jet had been study. A homemade plasma jet system was used. The plasma jet supply by 15 W electrical power generated by high voltage power supply of 9.6 kV peak to peak and frequency of 33 kHz .this power supply generate high electric field on electrodes that would be enough to ionize the argon gas. Three hundred samples of washing water of vegetables were collected from women aged ( 15- 6o) years from different area in Baghdad governorate and its suburbs include two rural area ( Jaddria in Baghdad university and Al –Wagif in Rashdia) and two urbane area (Mansoure and Escan) . The samples were examined by precipitation method and then by staining method ( Lugols –Iodine stain) .
