Permeable Reactive Barrier of Coated Sand by Iron Oxide for Treatment of Groundwater Contaminated with Cadmium and Copper Ions

ان تصنيع رمال مطلية بأوكسيد الحديد من خلال ترسيب الجزيئات النانوية لذلك الاوكسيد على سطوح الرمال واستخدامها في الحاجز التفاعلي النفاذ لإزالة ايونات الكادميوم والنحاس من المياه الجوفية الملوثة الهدف الرئيسي للدراسة الحالية. تم توصيف بيانات الامتزاز نتيجة تفاعل المادة المازة مع المادة الممتزة قيد الدراسة بشكل جيد من خلال نموذج لانكمير والذي كان أفضل من نموذج فراندلش. لقد وجد ان اعلى قيم لقابلية الامتزاز باستخدام الرمال المطلية بأوكسيد الحديد وصلت الى 1.9181 و7.6425 ملغم/غم لكل من الكادميوم والنحاس على التوالي. اثبت برنامج COMSOL Multiphysics 3.5a قدرته على محاكاة والتنبؤ بانتقال الكادميوم والنحاس من خلال حاجز تفاعلي نفاذ ذو البعد الواحد والمكون من رمال مطلية بأوكسيد الحديد. أثبتت النتائج ان المادة المصنعة المستخدمة ضمن هذا الحاجز لها القدرة على تأخير انتقال الملوثات. لوحظ ان جذر معدل مجموع الأخطاء بين النتائج المتوقعة والمقاسة لا يتجاوز 0.121 وهذا يعني وجود توافق جيد بين تلك البيانات.

Effect gold nanoparticles generated by cold plasma for mineral blood

In the present study, gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) were prepared using a simple low cost method synthesized cold plasma at different exposure time . The nanoparticles were characterized using UV-Visible spectra, X-ray diffraction (XRD). The prepared AuNPs showed surface Plasmon resonance centered at 530, 540,and 533 nm. The XRD pattern showed that the strong intense peaks indicate crystalline nature and face centered cubic structure of gold nanoparticles for all samples were prepared .The average crystallite size of the AuNPs was 20-40 nm. Morphology of the AuNPs were carried out using FESEM. Photocatalytic and optical performances of CeO2 by substitution of titanium

In this contribution, density functional theory-based calculations have been carried out to assess the electronic, photocatalytic and optical properties of Ce1-xTixO2 system. Ti incorporation leads to a decrease of Ce 4f states and enhancement of Ti 3d states in the bottom of conduction band. Furthermore, it was found that doping ceria with Ti-like transition metals could evidently shift the absorption of pure CeO2 towards higher wavelength range. Creating Through Points in Linear Function with Parabolic Blends Path by Optimization Method

The linear segment with parabolic blend (LSPB) trajectory deviates from the specified waypoints. It is restricted to that the acceleration must be sufficiently high. In this work, it is proposed to engage modified LSPB trajectory with particle swarm optimization (PSO) so as to create through points on the trajectory.
