Magnesium-doped Zinc oxide (ZnO: Mg) nanorods (NRs) films and pure Zinc oxide deposited on the p-silicon substrates were prepared by hydrothermal method. The doping level of the Mg concentration (atoms ratio of Mg to Zn was chosen to be 0.75% and 1.5%. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) were performed to characterize the prepared films. X-ray diffraction analysis showed a decrease in the lattice parameters of the Mg-doped ZnO NRs. The average concentration of radionuclide’s in the various banana samples were collected from being the most popular markets in Baghdad city - Iraq were measured by use Sodium Iodide Thallium [NaI(Tl)] detector. The radionuclide’s observed with reliable regularity belonged to the series-decay naturally occurring radionuclide’s headed by 232U and 232Th as well as the non-series nuclide, 40K and 137Cs. The average concentration of 40K was found the least average concentration value recorded as876.74625Bq kg-1.The average concentration of 238U was 28.6425Bqkg-1for ²³²Th, it was found to have the average concentration 14.1805 Bqkg-1. The cesium concentration in the sample was found in the healthy range.

The field experiment was conducted with the aim of developing and testing an automatic sprayer for agricultural spray experiments and studying the effect of spray pressure, spray speed and spray height on the spraying process. The effects of the major spraying factors (pressure, speed, and height) on the spraying performance of the automatic sprayer were studied. This study included several traits: First - the drop sizes - Second - the penetration of the spray into the vegetation cover - Third, the spray wasted. All the studies groups were carried out to measure anti-HCV Abs by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), There was significant elevation (P≤0.05) in the HCV Abs compared with control groups .The percentage of HCV Abs was 15% and there was highly significant (P≤0.01) differences between studied group, while there was non-significant differences (P≥0.05) between patients groups according to age and gender compared with control groups. This work was conducted to study the extraction of pelletierine sulphate from Punica granatum L. roots by liquid membrane techniques. Pelletierine sulphate is used widely in medicine. The general behavior of extraction process indicates that pelletierine conversion increased with increasing the number of stages and the discs rotation speed but high rotation speed was not favored because of the increased risk of droplet formation during the operation. The pH of feed and acceptor solution was also important.
