This paper is concerned with the quaternary nonlinear hyperbolic boundary value problem (QNLHBVP) studding constraints quaternary optimal classical continuous control vector (CQOCCCV), the cost function (CF), and the equality and inequality quaternary state and control constraints vector (EIQSCCV).
