In the present paper a low cost mechanical vibration shaker of rotating unbalanced type with uniaxial shaking table was designed and constructed in an attempt to provide opportunities for experimental testing and application of vibration in experimental modal analysis, stress relief of weldments, effect of vibration on heat transfer and seismic testing of civil engineering structures. Also, it provides unexpressive solution to enhance the knowledge and technical skills of students in mechanical vibration laboratory. The shaker consists of a five main parts shaker frame, shaker table, flexible support, drive motor, and eccentricity mechanism. The experimental results show that the amplitude of the shaker is increased with increasing the frequency ratio and the maximum value was attained near the resonance condition. Also, the magnitude of amplitude is increased with increasing the eccentric mass and eccentricity values. A reasonable agreement with theoretical results shows that the shaker can be used with reliable results in vibration testing purposes. Also, in this paper, the frequency ranges of the shaker were determined for constant displacement and for constant acceleration tests to satisfy all the frequency limitation requirements of the mechanical shaker.
The public procurement crisis in Iraq plays a fundamental role in the delay in the implementation of construction projects at different stages of project bidding (pre, during, and after). The procurement system of any country plays an important role in economic growth and revival. The paper aims to use the fuzzy logic inference model to predict the impact of the public procurement crisis (relative importance index and Likert scale) was carried out at the beginning to determine the most important parameters that affect construction projects, the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) to set up, and finally, the fuzzy decision maker's (FDM) verification of the parameter for comparison with reality. ... Show MoreVibration is a source of energy that can be beneficial or harmful based on the application. Vibration can affect the function of any structure; however, Ceramic matrix composite (CMC) is one of these structures. Whereby less studies have been concentrated on study its function specially when electromagnetic wave (microwave) exposed on its surface to perform its designed function. To address this concept, SiC composite has been fabricated which is designed to have a transparent characteristics to microwave. External vibration had been applied on its surface to monitor how much influence could nanoscale amplitude vibration damage the microwave interaction. The source of vibration was applied from piezoelectric and the vibration was monitored

This article investigates the relationship between foot angle and jump stability, focusing on minimizing injury risk. Here are the key points: Importance: Understanding foot angle is crucial for improving jump stability, athletic performance, and reducing jump-related injuries like ankle sprains. Ideal Foot Angle: Research suggests a forward foot angle of around 15 degrees might be ideal for many people during jumps. This angle distributes forces evenly across the foot, lowers the center of gravity, and provides more surface area for pushing off the ground. Factors Affecting Ideal Angle: The optimal angle can vary depending on the type of jump (vertical vs. long jump), fitness level, and personal preference. Incorrect Foot Angles: Landing w
