In this work , a hybrid scheme tor Arabic speech for the recognition

of  the speaker  verification  is presented  . The scheme is hybrid as utilizes the traditional digi tal signal processi ng and neural network . Kohonen neural  network has been used as a recognizer  tor speaker verification after extract spectral  features from an acoustic signal  by Fast Fourier Transformation Algorithm(FFT) .

The system was im plemented using a PENTIUM  processor , I000

MHZ compatible and MS-dos 6.2 .

The aim of this work was to capture solar radiation and convert it into solar thermal energy by using a storage material and the heat transfer fluid like oil and water and comparison between them, we used the evacuated tube as a receiver for solar radiation, The results showed that the oil better than water as storage material and the heat transfer fluid and the effective thermal conductivity material and good for power level, rates and durations of charge and discharge cycles.

The current research attempts to examine the relationship between social-psychological conflict and their relation to family upbringing approaches among the adolescents of intermediate stage according to sex and economical level. A novel analytical model to calculate the proper dimensions of piezoelectric patches used to repair cracked beams is also introduced.
