The purpose of this research is to identify the youth issues in Talk Shows in the Iraqi satellite channels via monitoring a sample of episodes of the Talk Shows  episodes which are concerned and analyzed the youth issues in the Iraqi satellite channels, namely, «Hala Shabab Program» at Al-Iraqia satellite Channel and «Shabab wa Banat Program» at Al-Sumaria satellite Channel by recording and re-watching them again. This research is classified as one of descriptive researches. The survey method was adopted in this study.

For this purpose, the researcher prepared an analysis form. The researcher designed the content analysis form based on the research problem, goals and questions related to the research problem, which included the categories of analysis that were presented to the experts, relying on calculating the number of occurrences and percentages as a statistical measure. The researcher reached a number of results, the most important of which are:

  • The most prominent issues, that are displayed on «Hala Shabab» and «Shabab wa Banat» Programs, are focused on the artistry and cultural issues which are ranked firstly, and social issues are ranked secondly.
  • The programs of the research’s sample are focused on (male) gender, according to the nature of the guests’ gender, via a large percentage (87.5%) for the program of «Hala Shabab», and (76.47%) for the «Shabab wa Banat» These percentages are indicated that the two programs are focused on the dialogue with male guests more than the female guests whose percentages of hosting, in the research sample programs, are very poor.
  • The majority of programs’ guests, «Hala Shabab», «Shabab wa Banat», are respectively introduced the three high ranks (poet, civil activist and artist) for each. Such category of people reflects the concentration of this kind of program that hosts guests of these qualities in.
  • The programs of the research’s sample are also different in the methods of presentation of dialogue issues largely and variously, namely the program of «Hala Shabab» is based on the category of (one dialogue issue) which is presented a large percentage (90%). Whilst, the program of «Shabab wa Banat» is focused on the category (more than one dialogue issue) which is inevitably presented high percentage (95%). Thus, there are variations and differences in the methods of issues presentation in the programs of the research’s sample.

Synthesis of WO3 NPs by pulsed laser ablation: Effect of laser wavelength
...Show More Authors

We have investigated the impact of laser pulse wavelength on the quantity of ablated materials. Specifically, this study investigated the structural, optical, and morphological characteristics of tungsten trioxide (WO3) nanoparticles (NPs) that were synthesized using the technique of pulsed-laser ablation of a tungsten plate. A DD drop of water was used as the ablation environment at a fixed fluence at 76.43 J/cm2 and pulse number was 400 pulses of the laser. The first and second harmonic generation ablations were carried out, corresponding to wavelengths of 1064 and 532 nm, respectively. The Q-switched Nd: YAG laser operates at a repetition rate of 1 Hz and has a pulse width of roughly 15 ns. These parameters are applicable to both wavelen

Scolicidal Activity of Zirconium Oxide (ZrO2) nanoparticles Against Protoscolices of Hydatid Cysts
...Show More Authors

Hydatidosis is a sickness that affects human and farm animals. This disease is deemed as a public health problem in different regions of the world until nowadays. Surgical overlaps is the best way to treat the disease, while the risk of surgery lies in the possibility of cyst rupture and leakage of protoscolices and the recurrence of infection again, this prompted researchers to use scolicidal agents before surgery such as ethanol, plant extracts, to reduce parasite spread and recurrence of infection, recently researchers have been using nanoparticles as a scolicidal agent, like gold nanoparticles, silver nanoparticles, selenium nanoparticles, and others. This research aims to evaluate the fatal effect of zirconium oxide (ZrO2) nano

Influence of Internal Sulfate Attack on Some Properties of Self Compacted Concrete
...Show More Authors

Self-compacted concrete (SCC) is a highly flowable concrete, with no segregation which can be spread into place by filling the structures framework and permeate the reinforcement without any compaction or mechanical consolidation ACI 237R-14. One of the most important problems faced by concrete industry in Iraq and Gulf Arab land is deterioration due to internal sulfate attack (ISA) that causes damage of concrete and consequently reduces its compressive strength, increases expansion and may lead to its cracking and destruction. The experimental program was focused to study two ordinary Portland cements with different chemical composition with (5, 10 and 15) % percentage of high reactivity metakaoline (HRM)

Effect of Partial Coherence illuminated bar on evaluation technique of diffraction image
...Show More Authors

In this work, we are obviously interested in a general solution for the calculation of the image of a single bar in partially coherent illumination. The solution is based on the theory of Hopkins for the formation of images in optical instruments in which it was shown that for all practical cases, the illumination of the object may be considered as due to a self – luminous source placed at the exit pupil of the condenser , and the diffraction integral describing the intensity distribution in the image of a single bar – as an object with half – width (U0 = 8 ) and circular aperture geometry is viewed , which by suitable choice of the coherence parameters (S=0.25,1.0.4.0) can be fitted to the observed distribution in various types of mi
