ELEMENTS OF BUILDING CONTENT FOR GOVERNMENT WEBSITES: : (An Experimental Study)
...Show More Authors

The study dealt with measuring the impact of the availability of each of the content elements of the interaction, electronic services, and information on the evaluation of the users of the government website for its effectiveness in terms of the site’s functions and for measuring the site’s ability to present the organization’s tasks to customer groups.

Authority is concerned with measuring the confidence of customers in the content of the site, and in the organization as a whole. Validity is related to measuring the effectiveness of employing the site’s content to achieve the goal of its creation and in communicating with customers. Availability It is for measuring the ease of use of the site. The relevance, which means measuring the compatibility of the site’s form and content with the nature and identity of the governmental organization. Then, presentation tools which are for measuring the multiplicity of content presentation tools.

And that is through an experimental study that relied on building a virtual government website, which was designed in terms of form and content in four copies. The content elements for each version were controlled. Then, each site was made available through an experimental group that used it and navigating its parts. Later, testing of a five-element scale was choosing to measure each group’s perception of site quality.

The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is the absence of sufficient information about the organization on its website; and the absence of information on the tasks and services performed by the government website that leads to a poor evaluation of the site's users in terms of the site's ability to introduce the organization and achieve its functions and support interaction with clients; the confidence in the site in terms of information and services it provides; and in terms of providing privacy and maintaining customer data; its ease of use and identification of its components and content and the employment of its tools.

Its ability to express the government’s identity and representation to the organization after it is one of its communicative methods. As well as the ability of site users to deal with multiple content tools with their different capabilities and categories. The absence of interaction tools on the government’s website, moreover, leads to a poor evaluation of the site’s users in terms of the website’s ability to achieve e-participation standards and continuous communication with customers.; as well as the ease of use.

The absence of government service delivery through the organization's website, however, leads to a poor assessment of site users for quality elements.

...Show More Authors

The new azo dye was synthesized via the reaction of the diazonium salt form of 3-aminophenol with 2-hydroxyquinoline. This dye was then used to access a series of complexes with the chlorides of manganese, iron, zinc, cadmium, and vanadium sulfate. The prepared ligand and its complexes were characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, UV-visible spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimeter, and microelemental analysis. Conductivity, magnetic susceptibility, metal content, and chlorine content of the complexes were also measured. The ligand and cadmium complex were identified using1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The results showed that the shape of the ligand is a trigonal planner, and the c

The concept of stigma and its representations in the Arab theatrical text (The Sultan, Al-Ha'ir play, by choice): نزار شبيب كريم - علاء حاتم محسن
...Show More Authors

The research deals with the concept of stigma as one of the important phenomena that cast a shadow over the nature of the individual, his being and his personality through the inferior view with which he confronts in society, and (Sartors) indicates in this regard that stigma may lead to negative discrimination that leads to many defects, in terms of obtaining On care, poor health, service, and frequent setbacks that can damage self-esteem. The first roots of this phenomenon go back to the Greek civilization and what the Greeks used to burn and cut off some parts of the body and then announce to the nation that the bearer of this sign is a criminal. In addition to the Arab peoples living from setbacks that contributed to the exacerbation

Nonlinear optical properties of polymer [PMMA] thin films doped with dye lasing compounds, Rhodamine 6G and Acriflavine in chloroform solvent by using dip coating method
...Show More Authors

The fluorescence emission of Rhodamine 6G (R6G) and Acriflavine dyes in PMMA polymer have been studied by changing the irradiation and exposure time of laser light to know the effect of this parameter. It was found that the fluorescence intensity decreases in the polymer samples doped dyes as the exposure time increases and then reaches stabilization at long times, this behavior called photobleaching, which have been shown in liquid phase less than solid phase. Using 2nd harmonic with wavelength 530 nm laser, the photobleaching effect in the two dye-doped polymers different solvent but same was studied. It was observed that photobleaching of by different solution and by using dip spin coating the photobleaching seem in liquid phase more

The extent to which the Iraqi environment responds to the requirements of IAS 12 in determining income tax: بحث تطبيقي في الهيئة العامة للضرائب/ قسم الشركات
...Show More Authors

The importance of this research comes from the possibility of achieving positive interaction between accounting and tax through the interest in setting accounting standards and adapting them to local tax legislation, as the adoption of the application of the international standard (IAS 12) for income taxes helps to measure and determine the base for income tax and may lead to an increase in the tax outcome. Through the reliance of enterprises on many accounting bases, and that the tax administration in Iraq depends on the element of personal judgment in determining the tax base, which leads to lack of objectivity in determining the tax outcome, as the impact of the accounting standard (IAS 12) on the tax base and tax outcome is one of th

The adaptation and the different modifications of borrowed Arabic Plurals in Modern Turkish: Kökende Çoğul Olarak Kullanılan Arapça Kelimelerin Türkçe’ye Geçmesi ve Türkiye Türkçesinde Kullanım Şekilleri
...Show More Authors

In the tenth century, Turks began to convert into Islam and adopted for official and literary use the Arabic language to study the teachings of the new religion they believed in. The use of  many of the loanwords have become absolute in the Ottoman period, but even in Modern Turkish a large number of loanwords from Arabic can be often recognized because they are not subject to the strict rules of Turkish. Yet, some of these words lost its original meaning and acquired new different Turkish meaning. Moreover, some of the Arabic nouns of singular form in Turkish, modified the plural Turkish form. The present study entitled “the adaptation and the different modifications of borrowed Arabic Plurals in Modern Turkish” sheds light on
