Media campaigns, evolution and concept

In dealing with media management phenomenon, concept and elements, we have tried, as much as possible, to build an abstract concept that can be analyzed and measured by analyzing the elements and components of the concept mentioned and explain it.

Before further consideration of the management of media campaigns, it is necessary to restore some points of media management so as not to understand the subject of campaign management as if it is independent of the concept of media management and the objectives that we seek to ensure its achievement. As we have noted that the concept of media management frames the administration mentioned as:

- Authority to manage the media institution.

- Operations supervised by the mentioned authority.

- Aim to be achieved by the authority concerned.

- The purpose of the authority (Media Department).

- Means used by the authority (Media Department) to carry out its functions or jobs assigned to it. If we compare the nature of media management to the nature of media campaign management, perhaps we do not find any boundaries between the two, the second - the campaign management - is an extension of the first, if not a reflection of its contents.

More precisely, one of the most important justifications for resorting to campaign management is because it is an extension of the logic, meaning and content of the media administration.

It is one of the most important aspects of media management during crises facing media institutions and their operations for national, environmental, institutional, health or cultural reasons. In other words, if the purpose of media campaigns is to overcome and address the crises faced by the media organizations and their repeated operations, then the need arises in return for the necessity to double media effort.

As well as, the focus of media activities in order to overcome the hierarchical crises that appear from time to time. From here we can indicate the relationship between the two departments, especially if we know that the media administration loses some of its features when dealing with media campaigns. A non-expanded campaign is usually targeted, location and time-bound.

Theoretical Study of Charge Transfer in Styryl Thiazilo Quinoxaline Dyes STQ-1, STQ-2,and STQ-3 in Organic Media System

Charge transfer in styryl dyes STQ-1, STQ-2,and STQ-3 with organic media system has been studied theoretically depending on the Franck- Condon rule and continuum dielectric model . The reorientation energies (eV) were evaluated theoretically depending on dipole momentum, dielectric constant , and refrective index n. The rate constant of charge transfer has been calculated depending on the reorientation energy (eV) ,effective free energy , potential height barrier , and coupling coefficient . A matlap program has been written to calculated the rate constant of charge transfer and other parameter. The results of calculations show that STQ-2 dye is more reaction for charge transfer compare with STQ-1 and STQ-3 dyes

Study the Effect of solvent on the Optical Properties Performance of active polymeric laser media

The paper include studies the effect of solvent of dye doped in polymeric laser sample which manufactured in primo press way, which is used as an active (R6G) tunable dye lasers. The remarks show that, when the viscosity of the solvent (from Pure Water to Ethanol), for the same concentration and thickness of the performance polymeric sample is increased, the absorption spectrum is shifts towards the long wave length (red shift), & towards short wave length (blue shift) for fluorescence spectrum, also increased the quantum fluorescence yield. Study the Effect of thickness on the Optical Properties Performance of active polymeric laser media

The paper include study the effect thickness of the polymeric sample which is manufactured by thermo press way. The sample was used as an active tunable R6G laser media. The remarks show that, when the thickness of the samples is increased, with the same concentration, the spectrum will shift towards the short wavelength, & the quantum fluorescence yield will increased. The best result we obtained for the quantum fluorescence yield is (0.68) at the sample, with thickness (0.304mm) in Ethanol solvent, while when we used the Pure Water as a solvent, we found that the best quantum fluorescence yield is (0.63) at (0.18mm) thickness of the sample.
