In this research we will present the signature as a key to the biometric authentication technique. I shall use moment invariants as a tool to make a decision about any signature which is belonging to the certain person or not. Eighteen voluntaries give 108 signatures as a sample to test the proposed system, six samples belong to each person were taken. Moment invariants are used to build a feature vector stored in this system. Euclidean distance measure used to compute the distance between the specific signatures of persons saved in this system and with new sample acquired to same persons for making decision about the new signature. Each signature is acquired by scanner in jpg format with 300DPI. Matlab used to implement this system.

This study aimed to extract, purify, and characterize the protease of local Okra Abelmoschus esculentus pods. The extraction process was conducted using ten extraction solutions with different pH and ionic strength values. Phosphate buffer solution with (pH 7, 0.05M, containing 2% sodium chloride) gave the highest activity which was (7.2 Unit/ml) as compared to other solutions, which ranged from 0.8-5.9 Unit/ml. Image compression is very important in reducing the costs of data storage transmission in relatively slow channels. Wavelet transform has received significant attention because their multiresolution decomposition that allows efficient image analysis. This paper attempts to give an understanding of the wavelet transform using two more popular examples for wavelet transform, Haar and Daubechies techniques, and make compression between their effects on the image compression.

 Computer theoretical study has been carried out on the design of five electrode immersion electrostatic lens used in electron gun application. The finite element method (FEM) is used in the solution of the Poisson's equation fro determine axial potential distribution, the electron trajectory under Zero magnification condition .      The optical  properties : focal length ,spherical and chromatic aberrations are calculated,From studying the properties of the designed electron gun. we have good futures for these  electron gun where are abeam current 4*10-4A    can be supplied by using cathode tip of radius 100 nm.

In this paper, a hybrid image compression technique is introduced that integrates discrete wavelet transform (DWT) and linear polynomial coding. In addition, the proposed technique improved the midtread quantizer scheme once by utilizing the block based and the selected factor value. The compression system performance showed the superiority in quality and compression ratio compared to traditional polynomial coding techniques.

Reflections are ubiquitous effects in photos taken through transparent glass mediums, and represent a big problem in photography that impacts severely the performance of computer vision algorithms. Reflection removal is widely needed in daily lives with the prevalence of camera-equipped smart phones, and it is important, but it is a hard problem. This paper addresses the problem of reflection separation from two images taken from different viewpoints in front of a transparent glass medium, and proposes algorithm that exploits the natural image prior (gradient sparsity prior), and robust regression method to remove reflections.
