This study aims to isolate the pathogenic yeasts from genital tract and investigate their relationship with the age .The results clarified that the most pathogenic yeast isolated from genital tract was Candida albicans , also the results of C.albicanas isolates susceptibility test, to different antifungal revealed that they were sensitive to Miconazole, Ketoconazole and Clotrimazol and were resistant to Nystatin and Grisofulvin. The study of relationship of vaginal infection with the age showed that the incidence of infection with Candida was high among females age group (19-39 years).

In this research , Aprocess ( LICVD) was used for producing silicon nitride powders with chemical compositon Si3N4 ,by using TEA-Co2 Laser to induc reaction in the gas phase,  NH3 was used as on additive to SiH4. Reactant gases that were vibrationaly heated by absorbing energy emitted from TEA-Co2 Laser decomposes throug coillsion assisted multiple photon dissociation causing Si3N4 powders. Dapsone was used as the derivatizing agent for the determination of thymol, and thymol was used as the derivatizing agent for the determination of Dapsone. An optimization study was performed for the derivatization reaction; i.e., the diazonium coupling reaction. We estimate the quantile functions of these models by using two nonparametric methods of smoothing spline (B-spline) and kernel regression (Nadaraya-Watson).
