The objective of present study was to investigate the effect of using duplex volaticle oil of Rosmarinusoficinolis and Nigella sativain microbial quality, sensing and extending storage time of minced cold poultry meat. Duplex volaticle oil was added at 25, 50 and 75 mg/kg to minced poultry meat , these treatments were stored individually for (0 ,4 and 7) days at( 4-7) C0 . In this paper, a new third kind Chebyshev wavelets operational matrix of derivative is presented, then the operational matrix of derivative is applied for solving optimal control problems using, third kind Chebyshev wavelets expansions. The proposed method consists of reducing the linear system of optimal control problem into a system of algebraic equations, by expanding the state variables, as a series in terms of third kind Chebyshev wavelets with unknown coefficients. A study of taxonomic quality of soil algae was conducted with some environmental variables in three sites of local gardens (Kadhimiya, Adhamiya and Dora) within the governorate of Baghdad for the period from October 2016 to March 2017.
