اهمية البحث هي مرحلة نمو وبناء اجهزة الجسم للاعبين الاشبال واعداد تدريبات بأسلوب التدريب الدائري لبناء التحمل لتطوير بعض القدرات الحركية والمهارية لدى اللاعبين الاشبال بكرة القدم , حيث لاحظت الباحثة ضعف في مستوى الاداء الحركي ارتأت اعداداً بدنيا ومهارياً منذ مرحلة البناء الأولى للاعب الفئات العمرية , واستخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي بالاختبار القبلي والبعدي للمجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة لملائمته لطبيعة البحث, وتم تحديد مجتمع البحث لاعبي مدرسة ( عمو بابا ) الكروية بأعمار 13-15سنة بكرة القدم للموسم الرياضي 2022, والبالغ عددهم (26لاعب)، اذ تم اختيار عينة البحث بأسلوب الحصر الشامل وقسمت العينة الى مجموعتين التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة وبواقع ( 13 لاعب) لكل مجموعة وتم تطبيق بأسلوب التدريب الدائري لبناء التحمل ولمدة ثمانية أسابيع وبواقع ثلاث وحدات تدريبة في الأسبوع الواحد واستخدم الباحث الحقيبة الاحصائية (spss) وتوصل الباحث إلى أهم الاستنتاجات ان تدريبات بأسلوب التدريب الدائري لبناء التحمل اثرا ايجابيا في تطوير بعض القدرات الحركية للبراعم بأعمار 12سنة بكرة القدم
