Powders for (TiO 2 ) 1−x(MoO 3 ) x composites have been prepared with the use of a dry mix of TiO2 and MoO3 oxides with a variety of compositions (x = 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, and 1), then sintering at 1473 K. The materials have been ground and formed into pellets so that they could be used as targets for the pulsed laser deposition (PLD) process, which produced thin flms with a thickness of ≈150 nm on a glass substrate. When MoO3 is added to TiO2 , the crystal size has been observed to decrease from 33.3 to 25.8 nm, yet it after that continued to expand as MoO3 was added. The molybdenum ions were confrmed by XRD patterns, indicating that the substitution regarding Mo+6 ions for Ti +4 ions in TiO2 matrix is what is re

The effects of MnO₂ NPs on kinetics and diffusion were also analyzed. The synthesized NPs were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy-dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX), and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), with XRD confirming the nanoparticle size of 6.23 nm. The adsorption kinetics were investigated using three models: pseudo-first-order (PFO), pseudo-second-order (PSO), and the intraparticle diffusion model. The PSO model provided the best fit (R² = 0.999), indicating that the adsorpti

Nanoparticles generation by laser ablation of a solid target in a liquid environment is an easy method. Cadmium Telluride (CdTe) colloidal nanoparticles have been synthesized by laser ablation Nd:YAG with wavelengths of 1064nm and double frequency at 532 nm, number of pulses 50 pulses, with pulse energy= 620mJ, 700mJ of a solid target CdTe is immersed in double distilled deionized water (DDIW) and in methanol liquid. Influences of the laser energy and different solutions on the formation and optical characterization of the CdTe nanoparticles have been studied using atomic force microscope (AFM) and the UV-Vis absorption. As a results, it leads to the absorbance in UV-Vis spectra of samples prepared in water at laser wavelength of 532nm i

The critical magnetic field (Hc) and the state of magnetic saturation (Hs) were studied using three types of laser sources. The main parameters of the magnetic switch measured using pure ferrofluid and He-Ne Laser source were Hc(0.5 mv, 0.4 G), Hs (8.5 mv, 3 G). For the ferrofluid doped with copper nanoparticles were Hc (1 mv, 4 G), Hs (15 mv, 9.6 G), Using green semiconductor laser for the Pure ferrofluid were Hc (0.5 mv, 0.3 G) Hs (15 mv, 2.9 G). While the ferrofluid doped with copper nanoparticles were Hc (0.5 mv, 1 G), Hs (12 mv, 2.8 G) and by using the violet semiconductor l

The effects of ZnO incorporation and Au nanoparticle modification on the films' structural, optical, and antibacterial properties were studied using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), UV–Vis spectroscopy, and field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). XRD analysis confirms the formation of polycrystalline anatase TiO2 and shows a composition-dependent structural development with increasing ZnO concentration. Show MoreIn this study, thin flms containing titanium dioxide (TiO₂), iron (III) oxide (Fe2O3) and cerium oxide (CeO2), with varying Fe2O3:CeO2 concentrations ranging from 0 to 30 wt% and 10 wt% gold nanoparticles (AuNPs), were prepared on glass using chemical spray pyrolysis. The structural, morphological, and sensing properties of the prepared thin flms were examined. XRD analysis revealed that a phase transformation occurred based on the dopant concentration: flms with x = 0 or 0.1 formed a polycrystalline anatase structure, whereas those with intermediate concentrations (x = 0.15 or 0.20) were amorphous. At higher doping concentrations (x = 0.25, 0.30), the structure developed a hematite Fe2O3, CeO2 and Au phase. Morphologicall
