A review article: The Potential Role of Anemia in the Incidence of Schizophrenia
...Show More Authors

Schizophrenia (ZP) is a common devastating cognitive disorder; however, the etiology of its incidence remains largely unclear yet. Although some evidence blames both environ ment and genetic factor as main drivers of ZP, but the clear mechanism of their effect elusive till now. Of interest, severe anemia conditions can lead to hypoxia in CNS which disturbs the normal structures and functions of some area in the brain resulting in abnormalities in the neurons communications and decrease synaptic plasticity. Additionally, modulation of cytoskeleton constituents is thought to participate to ZP development. Recently, it has been revealed that iron deficiency, which is the main cause of anemia, has a significant impact on the cytoskeleton constituent’s disassembly. Such conditions are believed to evoke responses to adaptive as increase some neurotransmitter such as dopamine, which in turn exacerbates the disease pathophysiology events. Accordingly, the purpose of this review to provide an insight to the potential impact of anemia on ZP development.

The effect of Yosef Hayim Brenner in the formation of the identity of modern Hebrew literature (review article)
...Show More Authors

This review aims to evaluate the intellectual and literary role of Yosef Chaim Brenner in reshaping the concept of identity in modern Hebrew literature, and draws a map of his period from the late 1890s to the period between the two world wars, when his articles, stories and memoirs contributed to the development of the Hebrew language as a creative and political medium in Palestine/Israel. The Ottoman Empire and the British Mandate rule (circa 1921-1895), and this review sheds light on narrative techniques, linguistic innovation, cultural differences and the modernist movement in Hebrew literature, and the conflict between religion and modernity touched upon in his literary works. Critical readings of the Jewish heritage with the introduct

The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Diagnosing Heart Disease in Humans: A Review
...Show More Authors

The electrical activity of the heart and the electrocardiogram (ECG) signal are fundamentally related. In the study that has been published, the ECG signal has been examined and used for a number of applications. The monitoring of heart rate and the analysis of heart rhythm patterns, the detection and diagnosis of cardiac diseases, the identification of emotional states, and the use of biometric identification methods are a few examples of applications in the field. Several various phases may be involved in the analysis of electrocardiogram (ECG) data, depending on the type of study being done. Preprocessing, feature extraction, feature selection, feature modification, and classification are frequently included in these stages. Ever

Review Article: DNA Methylation in Cancer Immunity
...Show More Authors

Background: The transcriptional control of various cell types, especially in the development or functioning of immune system cells involved in either promoting or inhibiting the immune response against cancer, is significantly influenced by DNA or RNA methylation. Multifaceted interconnections exist between immunological or cancer cell populations in the tumor's microenvironment (TME). TME alters the fluctuating DNA (as well as RNA) methylation sequences in these immunological cells to change their development into pro- or anti-cancer cell categories (such as T cells, which are regulatory, for instance). Objective: This review highlights the impact of DNA and RNA methylation on myeloid and lymphoid cells, unraveling their intricate

Review Article: Impact of Molecular Biology in Life Science
...Show More Authors

To study and understand the mechanism of living systems, and how it works, it is quite important to investigate it at molecular level (like genomic, proteomic) as well as the methodologies, and how to apply and imply it on different branch of sciences and how can use it in developing medical diagnosis, treatments, drugs, and increased it in the future. Additionally it can also be applied in forensic techniques, food production and agriculture, as well as genetic profiling. This can be well understand by interfering and combinations of all branches of life sciences such as chemistry, physics, biotechnology, genetic evolution, and minimize the gap between them, this

Hebrew Children's Literature (Review Article)

Hebrew literature, in all its forms, has not presented a single model for children's literature. The diversity of themes and approaches has resulted in a rich array of objectives, goals, and motivations. Literary genres, both poetry and prose, have also diversified. Children's literature has addressed numerous topics, including education and moral instruction, critiques of teaching methods, emphasis on children's rights and the need to consider their psychological well-being, and the portrayal of the Arab individual—whether girl, man, or even child—compared to the Hebrew, Israeli, or Jewish child, depending on the study under discussion. Furthermore, some Zionist perspectives have been subtly embedded, either through historical referenc

A potential role of extracellular DNA in biofilm and ciprofloxacin resistance
...Show More Authors

Objectives: This study aims to broaden our knowledge of the role of eDNA in bacterial biofilms and antibiotic-resistance gene transfer among isolates. Methods: Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated from different non-repeated 170 specimens. The bacterial isolates were identified using morphological and molecular methods. Different concentrations of genomic DNA were tested for their potential role in biofilms formed by study isolates employing microtiter plate assay. Ciprofloxacin resistance was identified by detecting a mutation in gyrA and parC. Results: The biofilm intensity significantly decreased (P < 0.05) concerning S. aureus isolates and insignificantly (P > 0.05) concernin

New Dosage Form of Insulin: Review Article
...Show More Authors

Many patients with advanced type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and all patients with T1DM require insulin to keep blood glucose levels in the target range. The most common route of insulin administration is subcutaneous insulin injections. There are many ways to deliver insulin subcutaneously, such as vials and syringes, insulin pens, and insulin pumps. Though subcutaneous insulin delivery is the standard route of insulin administration, it is associated with injection pain, needle phobia, lipodystrophy, noncompliance, and peripheral hyperinsulinemia. Therefore, the need exists to deliver insulin in a minimally invasive or noninvasive way and in the most physiological way. Inhaled insulin was the first approved noninvasive and alternative way
